She holds the following credentials: LPC-MH (South Dakota), LAC (South Dakota), NCC (National Certified Counselor), QMHP (Qualified Mental Health Professional), ICADC (Internationally Certified Alcohol and Drug Counselor), BC-TMH (Board Certified – TeleMental Health). She earned a Bachelor's Degree in Psychology and an Alcohol and Drug Counseling Certificate from the University of Minnesota, and a Master's Degree in Community Agency Counseling from the University of South Dakota. She has provided mental health and chemical dependency counseling in outpatient and residential settings for over a decade.
